Is Paddle Board a good workout?

Standup paddle board can offer a fun and comforting activity that typically anyone can do, it is also one of the best exercises out there. Individuals with all body shapes, sizes and ages are appealing in standup paddle board as a fun fitness activity. As many people have heard, standup paddle boarding is the best workout for a full body workout. SUPing is a low effect exercise that is a group of balance and strength which are trained as you are paddling on your board. It’s not only an outstanding core workout but also the, legs, shoulders, arms and neck which all work together.

Different Paddle Board Workouts

1. Calories Burned SUP Surfing

One group of paddle boarding is paddle board surfing. Surfers call it some of the greatest cross training you can do to progress your surfing. Obviously the bigger and rougher the waves, the tougher you work which interprets to more calories burned. For our study we surfed the Coronado Shores on a classic chest to head high day with light winds. 2. Calories Burned SUP Racing
